STEP 1

Step 1: Select Reserve & Collect item and add to basket

Items available for Reserve & Collect are clearly marked.

Find the item(s) you'd like to reserve & click 'ADD TO BASKET'.

Click 'Change Store' to display availability in other stores.

STEP 2

Step 2: From the basket select Reserve & Collect to finish the order

When you have finished adding items to your basket, click on the basket and select the 'RESERVE & COLLECT' button to finish the order. 

STEP 3

Step 3: Select or confirm a location and enter your details

Tick your preferred store in the 'SELECT A LOCATION' section.

Then enter your personal details under 'CONTACT INFO', before clicking on the 'RESERVE NOW' button to complete your order.


STEP 4

Step 4: Success - Order Confirmation

Our website will confirm that your order has been successful, and has been passed to your selected store for processing.

STEP 5

Step 5: Confirmation by Email

You will receive an order confirmation by email and then a further email when your product is ready to collect.

If the store is unable to reserve your chosen items, you will be notified by email.

Step 6: Pick your order up in-store when notified for collection

Pop into your select store to collect and pay for your items.

Please take note of the date we will hold the items until, as after this date they will no longer be reserved for you.

How long do I have to collect my confirmed Reserve and Collect order?

All Reserve and Collect orders must be collected within 24 hours of receiving confirmation by email that the order is ready; this is based on the time/date that the email was sent.

How do I pay for my reserved item(s)?

You will pay for your order when at the point of collection in store. Currently we are unable to take payment online.

Can I pay for my 'Reserve & Collect' order online?

Is it possible to cancel my 'Reserve & Collect' order if I change my mind?

If you change you mind, please contact your selected store to let them know.

What price will I pay?

You will pay the in-store price for each item on collection.

Is there a charge to reserve items?

There is no charge to reserve items.

Can I pay for a Reserve & Collect item via Clearpay

Yes, for Reserve & Collect items payment is made in store.

If an item(s) is on a limited time offer (promotional price) and I reserve it, will I pay the offer price when collecting?

If you reserve and item(s) which has a limited time offer price (promotional price, e.g. Flash Deals), the item(s) must be collected within the offer period to qualify for the offer price, or within 24 hours of receiving confirmation that the order is ready (i.e. the time/date that the email was sent). If collected outside of this, the offer price will not be valid.

If an item(s) is on a limited time offer and I reserve it, when do I need to collect it by?

If you reserve an item(s) which has a limited time offer price (promotional price), the item(s) must be collected within the offer period to qualify for the offer price. If collected outside of the specific offer period, the offer price will not be valid.
