Reserve and Collect Terms and Conditions

If you have chosen to collect the products from one of our stores, we will send you an email to confirm when your order is in store and ready to collect. You can only collect products from one of our participating Reserve and Collect stores.

The price you pay is the in-store price at the point of collection. 

  • When to collect. Once it has been confirmed that your order is ready to collect, you can collect your order at any time during the day, according to the store opening hours. If your order is not collected within 3 days of us confirming that your order is ready to collect, we will assume it is unwanted, end the contract and clause 2 will apply.
  • How to collect. When collecting your order, you must bring your confirmation email. If you do not have this, you will not be able to collect your order.
  • Collection by someone else. If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they will need to bring your confirmation email and either proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.
