Comic Relief: Red Nose Day is Back!
Red Nose Day returns on Friday 19th March, and it has never felt so important to have a little bit of fun and support people living incredibly tough lives.

Funny is power and your laugh could help create lasting change across the country and around the world. Since Comic Relief began, the cause has helped support over 1 million people across the UK and around the world.
There are lots of ways you can get involved, from buying a Red Nose or exclusive Pixar T-shirt to holding your own fundraiser, turning on the TV or simply picking up the phone. Together, let’s help provide support to those who need it the most, tackling mental health stigma, taking action against domestic abuse, supporting communities experiencing racial inequalities and to help give children and young adults a brighter future.
To get involved and show your support you can….
1. Get your Red Nose Day Merch
Buying a Red Nose, or exclusive merchandise is possibly the safest and simplest way to help change lives. Find out about the new 100% plastic free made from a by-product of sugarcane, available in 10 different characters representing the great outdoors, as well as other exclusive Red Nose Day merchandise including t-shirts, games, pin badges and drinks bottles.
Visit the Comic Relief Shop.
2. Fire up the Fundraising!
There are lots of ways you can turn up the talent and safely raise money (and a laugh) in 2021, from baking and sponsored walks to quiz nights and comedy acts. Register for Red Nose Day, order your fundraising pack, sign up for Just Giving Page or to access online tools and resources.
Sponsored Walk
Why not run, ride or walk to make a difference? Perhaps a cycle through the local countryside, set a new personal best on your daily run or power walk 5 miles with the kids. It doesn’t have to be taxing, simply grab your walking boots, some sportswear and get involved one step at a time to give back and support those less fortunate.
#BILLYWHIZZ – A Challenge Like No Other
This February, professional racing driver and double leg amputee Billy Monger is attempted to undertake a gruelling triathlon inspired challenge in support of Red Nose Day, 2021. Over the course of 4 days Billy will set out to walk, kayak and cycling a staggering 140 miles.
Follow Billy on Instagram at @billymongerracing and Twitter at @BillyMonger to find out how he got on!
Inspiration at it's best!
3. Donate online or over the phone
No matter how big or small, remember every penny helps positively impact and change a life. Comic Relief supports projects in the UK and across the world, and a donation of £35 could pay for a teacher to educate 4–6-year-olds in Kenya or £60 help provide sheltered accommodation.
