Claims Process

Present your winning scratch card at the till along with your club membership card. All monetary prizes (£250, £100, £50, £25, £10) will be issued on ‘The Original Factory Shop’ gift card (this has a validity of 2 years). All other prizes must be redeemed by 31/08/2021*. Full terms and conditions are below.

*If your scratch card is blue and has a prize expiry date of 31/03/2021, the redemption has been extended to 30/04/2021.

  The overall odds of winning are approximately 1 in 5.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Prizes are valid in participating full price retail stores only, clearance stores or online are not included.
  2. Prizes cannot be used retrospectively, or in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts.
  3. Redemption excludes plastic bags, gift cards, DVDs, mobile top-ups, postage stamps, lottery tickets and Camelot scratchcards.
  4. Prizes are valid for single use only, and winning scratch cards must be surrendered in store after use.
  5. The scratch card must be in a good condition and no copies permitted.
  6. Prizes are subject to availability, and The Original Factory Shop reserves the right to revoke these offers at any time.
  7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative.
  8. If items purchased are returned, only the discounted purchase price paid will be refunded.
  9. TOFS decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
