Find the item(s) you'd like to buy and click 'ADD TO BASKET'.

Click 'Change Store' to display availability in other stores.


When you have finished adding items to your basket, click on the basket and select the 'RESERVE AND COLLECT' button to finish the order. 


Tick your preferred store in the 'SELECT A LOCATION' section.

Then enter your personal details under 'CONTACT INFO', before clicking on the 'RESERVE NOW' button to complete your reserve & collect order.


Our website will confirm that your order has been successful, and the information has been passed to your selected store for processing.


You will receive an order confirmation by email and then a further email when your product is ready to collect.

If the store is unable to reserve your chosen items, you will be notified by email.


Pop into your selected store to collect and pay for your items in a safe and secure environment.

Please take note of the date we will hold the items until, as after this date they will no longer be reserved for you.

Reserve & Collect FAQs

How long will my reserved item(s) be held for?

Your reserved items will be held for 3 days at your selected store. If you are unable to collect your order within 3 days, unfortunately the items will no longer be reserved for you.

How do I pay for my reserved item(s)?

You will pay for your order when at the point of collection in store. Currently we are unable to take payment online.

Can I pay for my 'reserve & collect' order online?

Currently we are unable to take payment online. Please pay for your order when you collect in store.

Is it possible to cancel my 'reserve & collect' order if I change my mind?

If you change you mind, please contact your selected store to let them know.

What price will I pay?

You will pay the in-store price for each item on collection.

Is there a charge to reserve items?

There is no charge to reserve items.

Are there any products which aren't available to reserve and collect?

Fashion and footwear items are not currently available for reserve & collect. We do have a lot of other ranges for you to choose from, including heating, car care, home & living, kitchen & dining, household & floorcare electricals, beauty, gifting, and lots more.
