During this period, these submissions won’t be monitored. Once we have re-opened our stores, these submissions will be reviewed and responded to as soon as possible.
Please keep all receipts as proof of purchase as this will help with your enquiry.
If you have a faulty product: please stop using the product and keep this safe along with your receipt. Complete the form below with all your details and we will contact you when we re-open to sort an exchange or refund for you.
If you have a winning scratch card: please keep these safe as we will be extending the date once we have re-opened.
