1. Online Orders
We will send an email to confirm when your order has been despatched. Delivery will be within 5 - 10 working days of order confirmation. Some postcodes may have an extended delivery time. Orders containing multiple items may arrive across multiple deliveries, and on different days.
Delivery costs start from £4.99, up to £9.99 for larger items. However special delivery charges may apply for delivery to the Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish borders.
If we are unable to deliver the products or make the products available for collection within the above timeframes, we will notify you of this and, unless you agree to extend the time for delivery or collection, you may end the contract and we will refund in full any charges you have paid for the products not delivered or collected.
It is not currently possible to deliver ‘online exclusives’ to a chosen store. For returns/faulty items, please visit https://www.tofs.com/a/returns or the Website Ts&Cs.
2. Reserve and Collect Orders
We will send an email to confirm if the items are in stock in your selected store, and that they are ready to be collected. The date for ‘Reserve and Collect’ collection will be 3 days after the day on which we confirm the order.
When collecting your ‘Reserve and Collect’ order, you must bring your confirmation email. If you do not have this, you will not be able to collect your order.
If you would like someone else to collect your ‘Reserve and Collect’ order on your behalf, they will need to bring your confirmation email and either proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.
If you reserve an item(s) which has a limited time offer price (promotional price), the item(s) must be collected within the offer period to qualify for the offer price. If collected outside of the specific offer period, the offer price will not be valid.
Balloons: Reserve & Collect ordering service
If you pre-order a balloon through our Reserve & Collect service, you will be contacted by your selected store to arrange a collection date/time. Once agreed, you will be sent an email with instructions of how to pay online – this must be done within 1 hour of receiving the email to finalise the order. If this is not done within the hour, you will need to start the order process again online. If you don’t receive the email, please check your junk/spam email box before contacting the store.
When collecting your ‘Balloon’ order, you must bring your order confirmation email along with proof of identity; as per the ‘Reserve and Collect’ order instructions above.
In the event of you being unable to collect your order on the agreed collection date/time, please contact the store at least 24 hours before the agreed time/date to rearrange and avoid disappointment. Unfortunately we will be able unable to issue a refund if this process is not followed.
