Order and Delivery Information
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order.
1. Online Orders
We will send an email to confirm when your order has been despatched, with delivery being within 5 - 10 working days of this date. Some postcodes may have an extended delivery time.
The delivery cost is £4.99, however special delivery charges may apply for delivery to the Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish borders.
If we are unable to deliver the products or make the products available for collection within the above timeframes, we will notify you of this and, unless you agree to extend the time for delivery or collection, you may end the contract and we will refund in full any charges you have paid for the products not delivered or collected.
It is not currently possible to deliver ‘online exclusives’ to a chosen store. For returns/faulty items, please visit https://www.tofs.com/a/returns or the Website Ts&Cs.
2. Reserve and Collect Orders
We will send an email to confirm if the items are in stock in your selected store, and that they are ready to be collected. The date for ‘Reserve and Collect’ collection will be 3 days after the day on which we confirm the order.
When collecting your ‘Reserve and Collect’ order, you must bring your confirmation email. If you do not have this, you will not be able to collect your order.
If you would like someone else to collect your ‘Reserve and Collect’ order on your behalf, they will need to bring your confirmation email and either proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.
