1 sheet (227-340g) pre-made croissant dough

175g chocolate chips

120g unsalted butter, softened

100g brown sugar

50g granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.

In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Unroll the croissant dough on a flat surface and separate into triangles.

Spread a generous spoonful of the cookie dough mixture onto each triangle, then sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and delicious.

Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.

Unroll the croissant dough on a flat surface and separate into triangles.

Spread a layer of pesto sauce onto each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and pine nuts over the pesto-covered triangles.

Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
